Bunching onion require medium-heavy aluminous-sandy soils in warm positions. We grow it in the second to third track. Onions are widely used in cooking as vegetables or spices. We have very nice Allium fistulosum varieties in our assortment and also one variety of white Allium cepa for early bunching.
