Sweet Corn

Sweet Corn – thermophilic vegetables with high moisture requirements. It requires warm, deep, sandy loam soil. We sow in early May. We harvest when milk ripe. SEMO is the worldwide exclusive distributor of sweet and super-sweet corn. The SEMO range of sweet corn varieties are suitable for both processing and for harvesting as whole ears for the fresh market. SEMO acquired the Slovakian breeding company Zelseed, which was focusing on corn breeding. With this acquisition we have increased our strength in sweet corn. See below for our sweet and super sweet hybrids. We have favorable feedback from farmers on these varieties.
